Soccer tips WADA is preparing changes to the regulations after the doping scandals of Sinner and Schwiatek (Ubitennis)

During a meeting of the executive committee of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), some changes to the regulations were approved, Ubitennis reports.
According to the source, the changes will primarily affect cases of so-called unpredictable doping. These are situations where athletes unintentionally use prohibited substances, as was the case with Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek.
The determination of the minimum doping concentration level is also considered. The presence of a substance below the threshold level in the body will not be considered a positive doping test.
We add that changes to the regulations will come into force only on January 1, 2027.
